Refund and return policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Different types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given:
Book with clear signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.

Sale items
Only normally priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail at info@funeraltoys.com and send your item to the address provided.
Returns
To return your product, please mail your item to the address provided in the mail.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get your exchanged product to you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
